I love pairing frilly (dare I say "girly" ... i hate that word because I hate putting things into certain categories) pieces with edgy elements. In today's look, I paired my frilly picnic table skirt with heavy combat boots and a backless bodysuit. I've also realized I'm beginning to not fear patterns anymore. I think Alessandro Michele (creative director of Gucci) has morphed me into a pattern and color loving gal. Well, not so much in today's post, but I'm definitely going to be incorporating more color and patterns into my wardrobe this spring/summer. :)
